How to Book
Step 1 – Complete the Booking Form below and submit to us.

Step 2 – Send us the required deposit (see ‘Payments’ below).
Step 3 – Complete the Pledge Form, which we will send you. This only applies to the Min Sponsored or Flexi sponsored methods.
Additional Services – please note that if you wish to include any additional services these should be considered from the outset. Some changes may not be possible as time progresses.
Debit/Credit card – over the phone, no additional fees.

The deposit level will be shown on the webpage of each specific event. It varies depending on the event.
These details are stated on the webpage of the trips themselves under the ‘Fundraising Options’. They can differ depending on what option you are using.

We need to have received a booking form, the deposit and completed Pledge Form (if appropriate) and then issued the Confirmation letter before the ‘contract’ between us becomes binding. For example, sending us just a Booking Form commits you to nothing without a deposit.
Trip extensions are possible on the front and back ends of the trip (or both). The only part of the trip that is fixed is the activity element, ie the trek or cycle itself.
We do not charge ‘admin fees’ for the extensions, merely the cost of any additional services or the difference in flight costs (which is commonly zero or minimal difference).
What are those additional costs? – These are additional hotel nights, return airport transfers plus anything else you may request.
Any extensions should ideally be requested on booking as flights may be booked at an early stage. Changes to those flights may not be possibly once booked.
Clients can cancel trips at any time and will be subject to our Booking Conditions (found on this webpage, see the Red Button above).
Be aware that on cancellation, any costs paid out by the charity on your behalf should be re-paid, usually through your travel insurance policy if the reasons for cancellation are covered.
